AX 2012 R2 retail sync hang

  1. Stop service: Microsoft Dynamics AX Commerce Data Exchange: Synch Service Settings
  2. Delete woring folder: e.g. C:\SynchService\work
  3. Run SQL script delete IncomingMessages delete OutgoingMessages
  4. Start service: Microsoft Dynamics AX Commerce Data Exchange: Synch Service Settings
