  1. Product Setup Master setup process for released products. Step 1. Go to Product information management > Products > Released products.

Step 2. On the Action Pane, click on New button. file Step 3. In the Product type field, select an option.

Step 4. In the Product subtype field, select an option.

Step 5. In the Product number field, type a value.

Step 6. In the Product name field, type a value.

Step 7. In the Item model group field, enter or select a value.

Step 8. In the Item group field, enter or select a value.

Step 9. In the Storage dimension group field, enter or select a value.

Step 10. In the Tracking dimension group field, enter or select a value.

Step 11. In the Inventory unit field, enter or select a value.

Step 12. In the Purchase unit field, enter or select a value.

Step 13. In the Sales unit field, enter or select a value.

Step 14. In the BOM unit field, enter or select a value.

Step 15. In the Item sales tax group field, enter or select a value.

Step 16. In the Item sales tax group field, enter or select a value.

Step 17. Click OK.

Step 18. In the Batch number group field, enter or select a value.

Step 19. On the Action Pane, click on Save button.

Step 20. On the Action Pane, click on Close button.

  1. Categories Setup (If company apply procurement categories) Add new created products into categories. Step 1. Go to Procurement and sourcing > Procurement categories. file

Step 2. In the tree, select ‘LACTO Procurement Category\STOCKED ITEMS’.

Step 3. Click Add. file

Step 4. In the list, find and select the desired record.

Step 5. Click Add.

Step 6. Click OK. file

Step 7. On the Action Pane, click on Save button.

Step 8. On the Action Pane, click on Close button.
